LINE TYPE APPEARS DIFFERENT IN TWO DIFFERENT DRAWINGS

Recently I've noticed a difference in the appearance between select linetypes in different drawings.  Please refer to the attached image and .dwg files.

Drawing Comparison.jpg

Both drawings were started from the same built-in AutoCAD template.  Both use the same built-in line type.  LTSCALE, MSLTSCALE, PSLTSCALE, and CELTSCALE are all set to "1" in both drawings.  If anyone has any insight into this, I'd appreciate the help

Hi Bret,

This is because Standard text style which used in the linetype definition has 0.0625 height assigned in the Drawing1.dwg:

but it should have zero height to display correctly in line type, as it is in the Drawing2.dwg.
