Keyboard Shortcuts

I have a new Mac keyboard and I want my F8 for Ortho and F3 for Osnap to work like my windows keyboard but I cannot change the shortcuts on the Mac keyboard, anyone have any idea about this?

Those F-keys are already set to be that: on a MAC you also have to press the fn key.
For example, to Toggle ortho mode on and off:

Fn+F8
or
Cmd+L
or
Shift+Cmd+O
