Just started using AutoCAD on a mac at new job

I was using AutoCAD Architecture 2013 on a PC before, now I'm on AutoCAD LT 2013 on a Mac. I'm sure some of this is between architecture and LT, but I was surprised how much of the toolbars and UI was different. Can I change this?

Unless im missing something, the print dialogue box is atrocious: "Last used settings" seems to do nothing at all, I have to reset everything every time. And having to go to a separate window for page setup options seems unnecessary since its all in one on a PC.

And is there no print preview? I am doing the 'open PDF in preview' which is a slightly more cumbersome way to do this.

No, AutoCAD for Mac has its own user interface, and you cannot make it look like the user interface in AutoCAD for Windows.

This explains "atrocious print dialogue box" and problems with Page Setup and print preview.

AutoCAD for Mac 2013 is very old release. Current version - AutoCAD for Mac 2022 has redesigned Print and Page Setup workflow this is very similar to Windows version.

Since 2019 version on Mac you can use "Last used settings" and preview in Print window, plus you have a complete set of PDF printers, the same as in AutoCAD for Windows.
