Imported Page Setups Not Working (or - how do I save pagesetup settings?)

I'm trying to create a saved page setup and then apply it to a bunch of drawings in the publish window. I have tried creating a new dwg file, set up a layout with the settings I want (Adobe PDF, ANSI D page size, proper ctb file, etc), and then tried to import this in the pagesetup manager, but it doesn't seem to see the setup in the file.

(Perhaps a better question is - how do I save pagesetup settings?)

In your source drawing (where you created page setup with settings you want) you need to give the NAME to page setup.
How?
Open page setup manager, click on "+" button - new window will appear with default "Setup 1" name which you can edit if you want, then you select which of existing page setups you want to use as a base for new page setup in "Start from" drop-down list, than you pick "continue", than you can edit/review settings and pick "OK".
Now you have named Page setup in your source drawing, save source drawing and return to target drawing. Open Page setup manager, click on Import, select target drawing in "Select file" window, than OK.
Now you should see the name of Page setup you want to import.

Thanks Maxim. That was not intuitive, but it worked!

It is an AutoCAD rule - you can not import Page Setups with default names, such as Model or Layout1. You need to give them unique name.
