How to create a wood end grain hatch?

Hello is it possible to create a hatch (not a super hatch) that looks like end grain rings on wood. like in the image i uploaded. i cant find any solution anywhere on google.

There are lots of online tutorials, help yourself: you should have one in a day or so if you apply yourself.
