Fillet tool not functioning

I am working on a simple file and attempting to use the fillet tool but it is not acknowledging any changes once I have gone through the steps. I am not fillet-ing a rectangle. I set the mode to trim, <1> and have never had issues on the windows version so maybe i am missing something since I switched to the mac version. any help is appreciated.

I don't have any issues with FILLET command in AutoCAD for Mac.
Can you illustrate somehow the issue you have with FILLET command?
Can you share the drawing in which you cannot use FILLET command? Please indicate the exact place where this command doesn't work for you.
