Drawing Plane Problem

I am attempting to draw a circle on a plane that lies 45 degrees to the x-z plane. AutoCAD is forcing the circle to be placed parallel with either the y-x plane or the z-x plane. I cannot figure out how to make it align properly at 45 degrees with the rest of my drawing. I have attached a screenshot showing the issue. I would like my circle to be located at the center of the line next to my cursor in the screenshot, and angled the same as the rectangular geometry to which it will be attached.

Hi Dale,

You need to change coordinate system temporary with UCS command, using default 3 points option to create new UCS.

Now draw circle and return back to WCS.
