A client has asked me to create a .PLT file from AUTOCAD, I am running 2016 on MAC, and I am having trouble finding any tutorials on this.

Hi,

Screen shot in the previous post is from AutoCAD for Windows and doesn't answer the question.
In AutoCAD for Mac you cannot create PLT files, there is no such functionality in Mac version.

PLT is a printer driver output set in the OS or driver to output to a file, NOT a printer.
PLT is not a universal file format: go back to your client and ask what PLT file fomat for what printer/driver do they need and inquire about them using PDF instead.

Are you running bootcamp on the mac?

Would your client be able to use any other format?

Sorry, they asked about ".PLT file from AUTOCAD, I am running 2016 on MAC".  That was the same version that my answer addressed.
