compatibility with high Sierra

I'm using a Mac with high Sierra and I can't find a students version of auto cad for Mac high Sierra.

I'm sure, you should be able to download AutoCAD 2018 for Mac which is fully compatible with High Sierra from your student account page.

Thank you for sharing the link. I had another doubt regarding the operating system. when we click on operating system it shows Mac OS and not Mac high Sierra. I have tried downloading with the Mac OS operating system, but it doesn't work.

As soon as you click on the link:

And login to your student account, you will be able to download AutoCAD 2018 for Mac installer.

 Download will start shortly:

After download will complete, install AutoCAD 2018 for Mac and activate it with serial number from your student account.

Although you don't see High Sierra, if you select 2018 version for download, you will be able to install and use it on High Sierra.
