Hi
Having been quite happily using Autocad LT for Mac for a month or two I have today tried to gain access to the software only to get a repeated request as follows: -
"Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product.
You can either enter a new serial number and then click activate or sign in as a different user after
Then below has my serial number etc. "
I enter my serial number and hey presto! Nothing.
I have looked in my Autodesk account and I do not even have the software available to re-download (even if I wanted to) as I had considered unloading and re-loading it.
Can anyone from Autodesk please advise? As this is causing me lost time, lost income and angry clients!!
Many thanks

Hi @Anonymous,
As you are aware we are currently experiencing an issue which is preventing some subscription customers from accessing AutoCAD LT for the Mac. Our teams are working to have this issue solved as soon as possible.
I will do my best to circle back to the thread to provide any updates on this issue. Thank you for patience.
Yes, I have registered this as a case.
I have experienced an issue since day one of not seeing my software in my Autodesk Account and the Support section does not also seem to have registered the fact i have paid for advanced support.
Returning to the original issue: This has now cost me a day of working, so I am hoping whoever is looking at this can resolve the issue sooner rather than later
@Anonymous,
I wanted to follow up to let you know that the issue has been resolved.
Please let me know if you are still having trouble with starting AutoCAD LT.
Again, I apologize for the trouble.
Best,
