Broken Concrete Hatch

Yes, it's the legendary broken concrete hatch question.  Is it fixable?  If so, how?

I've scoured the internet for a solution, but nothing works.  The only solution which seems to have any success (moving the drawing closer to 0,0) is not a luxury I have, considering I'm dealing with real world coordinates.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.  I'm tired of wrestling with Autocad.

Thanks.

Hi Bret,

 @bret_wieseler

How far is your hatch from the drawing origin?

Can you specify the coordinates of the hatch area in WCS?

Odd, I was under the impression the deskers had finally provided a fix:

otherwise you may need a more precisely specified AR-CONC.  Let me know if so.

@bret_wieseler ,

in addition to the solution suggested by @hugha : you can temporarily (while creating the hatch) move the UCS origin to the area next to the hatch object.
