{ Block - Definition Already Exists } Prompts Every Time I Insert a Block

This prompt comes up every single time I go to insert a block. My previous 2020 version never prompted me like this. I insert hundreds of blocks in each drawing daily, so this gets very annoying after the zillionth prompt.

Is there a way to fix this or stop the prompt from asking every single time?
