I am new to Autocad moving from 3D software, I am under MAC OS the issue that I had encounter is that I am missing the tool palette group containing: Home, Insert, Annotate, Parametric, 3D Tools, View, etc. Please take a look at the screen capture, my UI is the one not highlighted in red.

After reviewing all the articles, my specific issue is that the Autocad Ribbon does not work at all, I am using the command 'Ribbon" to view it but no luck, doesn't do anything.
