AutoCAD MAC- Show blocks description

Hi, is there a way to visualize the blocks description of each of the object on a MAC? I currently have the most recent version of AutoCAD LT 2022. 

I'm only able to get access and edit the description when I click on the block editor, but is there another way to access to blocks description?

Hi @karenMV87H ,

In AutoCAD LT on PC you can see block description in Design Center, but there is no Design Center on Mac.

So if you have LT version on Mac, you can view and edit block description only in Block Editor.

In full AutoCAD version on Mac you can get block description with AutoLISP:

(setq ent (entget (car (entsel "\n Select a block... "))))
(setq bent (entget (tblobjname "BLOCK" (cdr (assoc 2 ent)))))
(setq desc (cdr (assoc 4 bent)))
(alert desc)
