AUTOCAD LT - mac to windows dwg issues

Hi,

Our office has been having a major issue with exchanging files between AutoCAD LT for Mac and LT for windows.

Files created in LT windows seem to open fine in LT for Mac, xrefs and all.

Files saved in LT mac can be opened in LT windows, however:

• all xrefs are missing in the drawing
• no xrefs show up in the xref manager and thus cannot be relinked.

Folder structure is identical, and xrefs were linked relatively in LT mac prior to opening the file in LT windows. We carried out tests using a trial of LT mac in our office and the same thing happened to files saved by the Mac program.

Is there a solution to this?
