AUTOCAD LT 2023 ON MAC - XREF MANAGER

Is anybody else having an issue with the xref manager not showing any xrefs in the drawings after they have been open for a short while? i have to keep closing my drawings down and opening them back up so the xrefs refresh!

Is there a fix for this issue or should i just reinstall the software?

Hi @jamesQXZFX .

 

There were reports here on the Forum about problems with external references in AutoCAD LT.

Do you mean they don't refresh? Or you cannot see them at all?

Where are these external references located? On local disk or on network drive?

Hi,
I can't see the xrefs at all. I used to be able to, so it shouldn't be the
drawing location. all drawings files are in our dropbox folder.
pic 1 shows what i see in the reference manager

We are having the same issue on AutoCAD LT 2023 for Mac .....running on brand new iMac 24's (purchased May 2022).  Is there a solution for this?

I think this issue could be a bug in AutoCAD LT 2023 for Mac.

Have you tried to Reset AutoCAD?

Does resetting helps to "refresh" Reference Manager palette.

 

BTW, have you installed the latest 2023.0.1 Hotfix?

Yes the hotfix is installed thanks.

 

Resetting AutoCAD has worked.

We have installed the Hotfix and it seems to be working.

Hi, I am having the same issues...nothing changed after a reset.

 

Can I not download the hotfix if I am using it during a trail period? I can't seem to be able to download and I cannot really use it if I cannot access/use xrefs. Thanks

trial users do not have access to updates: not sure why, but that's how it is sadly.

I'm having the same issue and actually today the entire XREF manager tab is gone.
