AutoCAD LT 2014 for Mac SP4

I have installed service pack 3 but when I try to install SP4 it won't and asks for me to install SP3. I tried installing SP3 again, just to be sure, and it tells me it is already installed.

Help??????

Hi,

Have you tried to restart your Mac?
Before restarting ensure that AutoCAD is not running: use menu AutoCAD -> Quit AutoCAD (or QUIT command) to close AutoCAD completely before restarting.

Another solution:
- ensure that you have original installation image
- remove AutoCAD from your Mac with "Remove AutoCAD LT" application. You can leave your AutoCAD preferences by checking this option in the second window during removing
- install AutoCAD from the original media
- apply all Service Packs - from 2 to 4
