AutoCAD is not opening

Hi all, 

I opened and used AutoCAD this morning, but when I went back to use it again this afternoon the icon appeared on my desktop with a "?" over it and would not open. Attached is a screenshot demonstrating exactly what I mean. Please help.

It means the application was moved. Do a system search for AutoCAD and attempt to relocate it first.

Then remove the icon with (?) from the dock, and replace it by dragging AutoCAD back on the dock.
