Hi @jpmc_ipb ,

>>>>>>can you recommend me any app for Mac to convert dwg to dwf?

For example, you can use BricsCAD to export DWG to DWF.

Or any of the apps in the App Store - try searching for "dwg to dwf".

I have not tried them.

Hi @jpmc_ipb ,

Try to save your drawing in 2007 DWG format before converting with GROUPDOCS:

To Export a Drawing to a DWF File
Click Output tab Export to DWF/PDF panel Export DWF. Find.
In the Save as DWF dialog box, select the desired options, enter a file name, and click Save.

Hope this helps

Sorry, but AutoCAD for Mac doesn't have an ability to export to DWF format and there is no "Output tab Export to DWF/PDF panel Export DWF" on Mac.

What is the DWF file in AutoCAD?
Design Web Format (DWF) is a file format developed by Autodesk for the efficient distribution and communication of rich design data to anyone who needs to view, review, or print design files.

To Export a Drawing to a DWF File
Click Output tab Export to DWF/PDF panel Export DWF. Find.
In the Save as DWF dialog box, select the desired options, enter a file name, and click Save.

Regards,

Will

Sorry, but you are wrong here, AutoCAD for Mac cannot export drawings to DWF format.

Sorry, that is not a solution... I have the same problem.

Don't think it's OK for an autocad payed user to have to look for extra apps to do a thing that is a normal feature for autocad for windows.

I could understand, for the first versions of autocad for mac. But now it's already ridiculous.

Autodesk HAVE to solve this problem. It's absurd.
