Autocad 2020 activation Failed on Catalina

I tried to activate my license but I can't.
I Click on upper-right corner button (27 days left) The pop-up purchase appear, and click on 'subscribe now' but the button lunch a new popup message and tell me to require a new app to install. ( I understand this is a bug)
Someone can help me?

Have you installed last update to AutoCAD 2020 for Mac?

Hi Maxim,

The Acad 2020 it's already upgraded until version 2020.3
I tried anyway to install your link 2020.1 but unfurtunately failed installation.
Maybe because the software it's already updated

It couldn't be 2020.3, because 2020.1 is the latest main update. Plus today 2020.1.2 Hotfix for AC 2020 for Mac is available for download from your Autodesk account page:
https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates

Can you describe in more details the installation process?
Do you have serial number for your license?
Did you select "Enter serial number" in activation window?

Many thanks for your time Maxim,

I download a student version and I already have a serial number. After the first installation, I tried to activate it. I read about activate problem and someone suggest to update AutoCAD and I did it. 
In the end, I tried to install:
AutoCAD_Mac_2020.1_Update_Combo.dmg
AutoCAD_Mac_2020.1.1_Hotfix_Combo.dmg
AutoCAD_Mac_2020.1.2_Hotfix_Combo.dmg
These updates are already installed: 
Schermata 2020-01-18 alle 14.07.22.pngSchermata 2020-01-18 alle 14.07.38.pngSchermata 2020-01-18 alle 14.08.07.png

If all updates are already installed, then installations should fail.
You need to reset activation.
i'd recommend you to try Clean uninstall:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/...
and then install AutoCAD again using original AutoCAD 2020 for Mac installer.
Use these instructions for installation and activation:

You can install updates later, after activation.
I also recommend you to use serial number from your Autodesk account page:
https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services

In this way, other software from Autodesk like Maya 2020 will be compromised. Are you sure?
Or maybe it will be better uninstall Maya 2020 too.
If yes I didn't find a clean uninstall of Maya 2020 on web.

I'm not sure exactly, but clean uninstall could affect Maya too as it is Autodesk product.
BTW, here is an article in Maya section of AKN about clean uninstall of Autodesk products:

But before trying clean uninstall I'd recommend you to ask your question here:

I am having the same issue for Autocad 2021, I tried clean uninstallation and reinstalled it twice but it didnt work for me. How can it be resolved please?

Restart your MAC then... Get a new download and start a new installation with this method https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/download/about-download-methods/bro...
