Adding back previously deleted items in an array

Hello,

Ok I know how to delete a single from an array (holding down control, selecting the one item or multiple items, and then delete). But is there an easy way to put one item back besides resetting the entire array?

I am afraid, it is impossible unless you use U (UNDO) command just after you delete single item.
