1.) When deleting a PLC component AE does not prompt to surf to the panel footprint such that it can be deleted, if one deletes the panel footprint of a PLC component AE will prompt to surf to schematic representation for delete. This should work both ways, not just one way.
2.) When inserting parametric PLC components the INST and LOC values from the drawing do not populate (even if the project setting: "Component TAG Options" is set to automatically fill in the inst/loc), they should.
