Love to have the ability to run a command or two on all drawings in a project via the "Project-Wide Utilities".

Maybe select from a list of commands like "Zoom All" or enter a command with parameters like "GRIDDISPLAY=2, LIMITS=0,0:36,24"

This is already possible by creating a .scr file and running it using Project Utilities.

I believe he's asking to have some "shortcuts" in a dropdown, to quickly run some scripts.

Yeah, something quick without having to create an external file. Something like "Rules" in Outlook.

Thinking more for my co-workers that haven't the inclination to learn scripting.

There are already a couple checkboxes to purge all blocks,  why not expand on what is already built in?
