I think there should be an automatic prompt for a title block update after creating a new sheet.
It helps to have all the sheet and sheet numbers up-to-date when working with cross references, if you forget to update your sheet and sheet numbers after creating a new sheet it can cause an issues with the cross references later, which is why I feel a prompt would be a good idea.
