When inserting multi position switches, I have noticed that the switch positions do not automatically update when you match a child to the parent.
They only update IF you make a change to one of the positions in the parent and even then it's only the one that was changed.
When you tie a child to a parent, this should automatically update the child's switch positions to match the parent. Editing one of the parent's positions should also update ALL of the childs positions to match the parents.
