All across this software, there are commands that inadvertently move attributes after I've put them where I want them. These commands usually take the form of some sort of update, but there are other workflows that do it too.

Wire numbers are the worst. If I delete a component, ACADE regenerates the wire number and its location when it reconnects the wire. If I have to update signal arrows, my attributes sometimes get put back in their original locations. Wire numbers always get sent to the midpoint of the newly-drawn wire.
This doesn't happen to components. If I have a series circuit with 5 devices on it, and I delete one, the other ones don't get shifted around. So why do that to wire numbers?
I understand that removing a component also means removing at least one wire and wire number. That's fine. And I know different settings in Drawing Properties will tell ACADE which number to keep, and which to kill. I'm saying, once ACADE knows which number will stay, LEAVE IT WHERE IT IS. please.
Can we somehow get the software to default to a mode where it ALWAYS keeps attributes where they are, if they already exist in the drawing? Or at least give us a choice. But either way, the neat little automation here (for example: reconnecting the wire, regenerating the wire number) creates more work later: I will have to re-align that wire number, at the least. I already had to move them once after ACADE automatically drew them.
To sum: Never, ever, ever move my attributes if I update or edit. Especially don't adjust my wire numbers.
