It could be a nice to have. in AutoCAD Electrical, some commands help us to check-out and check-in these types of file (.DAT, .MDB, .WDD, .WDL, .WDT, .LOC, .INST) if there are not inside the project folder.
Because if we want use the same vault database used by Inventor drafers to use the Electromechanical link in these software, and keep "Disable Check In of Design" option available, it's impossible to perform the check-in after a check-out of these files due to a "Vault Restriction".
But there is no way to do a check-out of these file with AutoCAD electrical if these files are outside of the folder project (Request ID : 16732190)
It make no sense because Electrical could be set for multiple users but there is no way to update these files via Electrical.
