Thank you for the suggestion. I had tried this one already but it only works on Electrical components. I most commonly need to update title block attributes on the whole project and often would like to batch search the whole project for a specific text label.

I see there are paid apps that do what I want, this is just the first professional product I have used that doesn't seem to have this capability built in.

The standard find and replace command just needs to add an option under the "find where:" drop down that includes entire project.

Is kind of you to think of AutoCAD Electrical as a professional tool 😂

But yes, it is missing all this basic functionality that all competing software has. 

You should never go to AcadE after working with competing software, but coming from AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT it's a step up.
