Recently I had to clean up after a college created a heap of projects with the 'New Project' option in the Project Manager Panel. I had to go and add the .WDL file to every project so that we could updated the title blocks easily. I was confused at why the New Project option did not copy and rename the .wdl file in the new project location when I used the copy project settings option. After posting on the forum I found that only the Copy function on the Project Tab had this functionality, which after trying works really well.
What I suggest is that the 'Create New Project' popup window which opens after pressing the 'New Project' Icon on the Project Management panel has a Copy Project button on it which opens up the same popup window as the Copy function on the Project tab, instead of the 'Copy Settings from Project File' option.
