Check Installation & Location Values of the Drawing When Cross Referencing

The component update of information works incorrectly and needs to be fixed. If you have an installation and location defined in the drawing properties and have Combined Installation and Location defined in the drawing properties:

  

When associating a contact to a coil, AE will copy the installation and location values into the child even though the installation and location matches the drawing defaults.

  

The software should look at the drawings installation and location values and if they match the sources (coil's) installation and location values should not fill in the installation and location values in the attributes of the child components as shown above.

This also happens when associating a "1-" symbol to a schematic symbol and this should be changed as well.
