AutoCAD Electrical on DOCS

AutoCAD Electrical on DOCS

While Autodesk encourage AutoCAD users to work with DOCS, I was wondering lately why they won't do any improvements to DOCS to be able to work with AutoCAD Electrical.

As far as I know (from experience) you can use it as a storage only for DWG files.

Any other files that AutoCAD Electrical is using is not supported.

Imagine uploading your components, database and menus to the DOCS and working from any place and sharing the data with your colleagues. Isn't sound great?

I bet most of the companies with love to use DOCS instead of creating local deployment.

Let me know what do you think guys.

You'll get my vote, but nothing is going to happen with AutoCAD Electrical. It's not an opinion, it's a measurable fact.

Thanks for your support Trond!

I think this idea should be posted in the DOCS forum.

Have a good one!
