Allow all windows within development software to be resized.

I have recently been using the "Insert Component" command and I have noticed that the window is very small and not able to be resized. It is hard to sift through our custom blocks to choose a part to insert. 

I have spoken with other engineers and there are also other screens in Autocad Electrical that have a restricted window size, it would be a lot more user friendly if these windows could simply be resized like any other screen on windows.

We still need this. It's very annoying to have a window that cuts out information because the window is too small. There are too many times that a window will say "File stored at C:\users\name\...\Support\user" or something to that effect. There's a lot of information lost in those ellipses.
