ACADE 2026 new features

So Eplan 2.5 was launched a few months back quietly no big fanfare etc.

Got round to seeing what’s new and what have they done

Almost completely re-written how the terminal manager works (Acade TSE) just remember the Eplan terminal manager is light years better than the Autodesk offering

So why did they do it well lots of new terminal types are being created by the terminal manufactures that defy the standard connection details so Eplan re-wrote it

How does that affect you well now Eplan can handle the more exotic terminal types without now frigging the systems !!!!

Example can ACADE address these terminal types and these are screen grabs from phoenix contacts clipproject

So why Acade 2026 

well how I work it will be 5 years of denial that the TSE is perfectly fine and does not need work on

Then it will be 5 years of re-inventing the wheel getting it wrong then eventually getting something like what we need

But then again we will be even further behind the best ECAD program in the market

Come on guys we need a better TSE dont ignore the problem try and get ahead of the curve
