Zoom Issue/Mystery Object?

I am having difficulties with my Zoom and I believe I have identified the issue, but not sure how to correct it.  All of my objects are within my Title Block, but when I do a Ctrl+A it shows a cluster of blue grips outside of title block at the point where my zoom stops.  They do not show up when I draw a box around them, only when I use Ctrl+A.  I'm not sure what they are or how they got in my drawings.  Any advice would be appreciated.

It can be anything. Impossible to tell without actually seeing the drawing. Try to purge the drawing by removing "empty texts". Or attach the drawing here, and someone will find it.

Hello @zsobieXK43E

Seems like you have some leftover floating dimensions on Layer AREA1 and AREA2

These layers were turned off, you will see the geometry once you turn the layers back on.

You might also like the PURGE command, This helps to remove all the unused objects including layers and optimize your drawing.
