Wire numbers being placed on layers they shouldn't be

I have several wire layers designated as no "wire numbering".  When wire numbers are generated they are still placed on these layers.  Not sure how to fix this???

Finding out more detail: I have two sheets that are practically identical, one of them is numbering correctly,  the other is not, as explained above.  I am finding that I have some reference arrows between these two sheets and the destination arrow will not update (shows ???) even though they are referenced properly.

OK,  I restarted the program.  Everything seems to be working now.  Not sure what the problems was???

Try running Electrical Audit to check if something is wrong with the project. We need your project file to see what might have happened here. If you see that next time send me the project as a zip file. I have sent a PM to you.
