WIRE NUMBERS BASED ON WIRE LAYER

Hi,

I am currently trying to set up a project to number my ground and neutral wires differently than the rest of the drawing. I found a article someone wrote(https://nateholt.wordpress.com/2009/08/16/wire-number-tagging-based-upon-wire-type-autocad-electrica...) and followed it to the letter and it does not work for me. If anyone has any insight in what i might be doing wrong it would be much appreciated.
