Why PLC Parametric section do not show 5069 Allen Bradly PLC Input Output Module ??

Hi, I am using 2022 Autocad Electrical Version and i want do not see 5069 PLC in "PLC Parametric" See Attachment.

Anybody has a .mdb of this and anyone knows how to add this .mdb in CAD?

Don't worry, nothing is wrong with your AutoCAD Electrical installation. It just doesn't come with any 5069 modules.

I have some because I created them myself. If you want to learn to add them yourself, search the Help and also this forum where others have explained it very well.

I could share my mdb in the future, no time to prepare it today.

thanks, will wait for something further...later i found out like 1769 series is almost similar to 5069.....so i am modifying 1769 now a days. But that doesn't look to be a smart way out.

It sure would be nice if you could just download the parts you need, schematics symbol, panel symbol, 3D symbols and Datasheets... And start using it right away?

Well, it is a smarter way to go than you might think.

1) I've compared some of the old AB modules in the parametric db to the actual pinouts, and they're not all 100% accurate.

2) Building my own 5069 modules allowed me to mess around with condensing the terminal spacing of the +24 and DC COM so that the whole module fit nicely on my ladder. Everyone sets up their ladder and titleblock differently.
