I am trying something I have not used before and it is not working as expected.

I added a value to USER4 in the Wire type table and then in the report I added User4_1 and USER4_2 to the report but bot are blank. Did this get removed sometime in the past?

I did run AEREBUILDDB before running the From/To report.

Am I missing something??

Did you use From / To or Cable From / To? I used just From / To, see below

Okay, that is weird. I do not see that if I do the same thing you did.

I am using ACE 2022

I forgot to mention that I am using "Wire From/To" not "Cable From/To."

Just tried in 2022 here.. Works as expected.
Will it work in the demo projects that come with AcadE?

Trond,

It is really strange. I opened up the NFPADemo and added "TEMP" to the User4 for the BLK_14AWG.

This is how the report displayed:

testsubject_0-1624300004074.png

Nothing in User4_1 or User4_2.

When running the report, I just click on "Wire From/To" in the Schematics Report, select current page, and pick the defaults for the report. I then click okay and then select "all" on both sides of the dialog box and click OK again.. The above is the result.

Have you saved the report format?

I tried this and got your results initially, but then I saved the report format before re-running the report and they showed up.

Ramesh,

In my image above, I show both User4_1 and User4_2 in the report. Yes they were selected.

Sorry, I didn't see them you had those fields. This feature works on both 2021 and 2022, very strange why doesn't work on yours. Did you try this by creating a new project (from demo)?
