Terminal Strip Editor losing spare data

Good morning,

When I insert a spare accessory (in the terminal strip tab), I highlight the location where I want to place it, I give it a starting number of 1, then do a catalog lookup for my partition plate, then insert below.  I repeat this process for two more end covers in other locations of the terminal block editor (numbering 2, then 3).

Then I tab over to LayoutPreview, I chose Wire Numbers Only, then update (screenshot attached of what it should look like with 1 divider and two different style end caps).  Then insert the terminal block.

I go back into the editor and my spare accessories don't appear (it seems like they are not getting saved).  Any thoughts?

I figured it out.  In Symbol Builder I needed to assign it as a Panel Terminal (not a Panel Footprint).
