Terminal properties database Editor

Hello, can anyone help out to find where is Terminal Properties database Editor is at in AutoCAD 2017? usually is under Other Tools with PLC Database File Editor.

Editing the terminal properties is now part of the Catalog browser when you are in the Edit mode. So you can edit the terminal properties the same time you edit or add the catalog record. You have to scroll over to the far right end of the record to see the fields. Define the number of levels first, then you can click into one of the other fields, then click on the small button that appears in the edit box to edit all the fields for all levels.

You no longer need the separate editor.
