When you open the Panel Terminals list, to insert an existing terminal into the schematic, every time I have to click Sort List and set the way I like to sort it.

ACE does not have the ability to remember Terminal Panel List default sort cross the sessions for now. But it can remember the sort list in Panel -> Schematic List and Terminal -> Insert Terminal (Schematic List) in ACE2017.
I have created a request in our system, will consider it in the future.
