Terminal numbers disappearing

Hi

Could someone please help me with my terminal numbers disappearing after I catalogue an element up.

I can't see any layers turned off or anything like that after i have catalogued the element up. It’s started to do it on other elements not just the one i have attached screen shots off, the elements have previously been working on different projects. when my colleague opens up and works on the same project and catalogues the element up the terminal numbers do not disappear.

I am using windows 7 with AutoCAD electrical 2014.

Thanks for your help

Normally, when selecting an item from the catalog, that DOES NOT have a pinlist entry, you will get THIS dialog:

My guess is that you at some point have checked the "Do not show me this again" checkbox, and selected "Assign the catalog data, blank out the existing pinlist values".

Unfortunately, there is nothing to do about this, but to reinstall the entire computer.

Type CONFIG on the command line, and go to the "System"-tab. Press the  "Hidden message Settings" and check the "AutoCAD Electrical -> Insert / Edit Component -> No Pinlist Defined for Catalog Selection"-checkbox. Then press OK until you're back in the drawing.

Now, when selecting a new catalog number, you should get the dialog box.
