Try to take away the "=" in the installation code...

Yes, that solved this issue, "sort of". our parent company (Austria) outlines standards us and our other subsidiaries follow.  = represents process (installation code), + represents location code and - represents device tag.

=Kqq+LKqq-TB50. so, as far as terminal list goes = is definitely required.

the terminal list output looks like excel base? am i able to change that row and its category to TEXT?

Well, this is once again AutoCAD Electrical being a terrible program for IEC style drawings.
The = will, in the table, make the table believe it's a formula...
So... Maybe you can try " =KQQ" with a space first in the installation code?

thank You, that did address the issue, but there is a extra column that appears that i have no idea where this came from? i selected the following to be on report: wire1, number and   jumper but then there is a fourth column that displays the installation (if i out a space before it also). any thoughts?

I do not have access to AcadE right now, but in the list of field to include, is there s blank row there, if you click just below "jumper"?

The more I look at the terminal strip drawing, I think I am going to use it, the only issue the output is #### the same issue as the terminal strip identifier where you suggested putting a space before the identifier =A01+JA01-TB99, which worked.  Since this output appears like excel sheet is there a file I can copy and edit so I could change that row of “terminal strip Identifier” and the last column “installation”?
