Terminal footprints not showing wire numbers

I'm having a problem with the wire numbers that are associated with the terminal footprints in my wiring diagrams.  Some are showing up, and others are not.  All the terminals in question share a horizontal orientation and have a wire number change designation. I've attached an example schematic and wiring diagram JPEG that shows the Schematic Terminals dialog box.  Disregard the multiple terminal copies.  A client standard directs us to show the same terminal on multiple drawings.

I thought it may have something to do with which side the wire number is on, but then why would terminal "RA1" and "RA2" show the wire numbers and not "RA5" - "RA10" (minus the spares at 7 & 8)?  What would cause these mixed results?  Can it be fixed?

Thanks,

T.

Without seeing the source drawings/project file, it's difficult to say why the wire numbers would not appear there. To find out whether it's your project or the program itself, try loading up the WDDEMO project and run the same command on drawings 2 through 7. Check to see if all the wire numbers show up there. They do for me here, so they should also for you. If the WDDEMO project looks OK, then we'll know it's something with your project and DWG files. You could attach the pertinent files to this thread, if you'd like, and I'll be happy to check them out for you. If they cannot be posted publicly, let me know and we can arrange something else.

Hi Zac,

Thank you for the reply.  I also tried it on the demo project, and it worked.  It must be something within the project file.  Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use any of out-of-the-box terminals, symbols, etc. from AutoCAD Electrical due to this particular client's standard.  I've had to create all of the symbols, terminals, and footprints from scratch, so I assume there was plenty of room for error on my part.

I would rather not post the complete, albeit small, project file on this thread.  Can I get it to you some other way?

Thanks and Best Regards

the footprint attributes between the different terminals are not the same. If you use terminal with wire number then a terminal with wire number change then the wire number attribute is not the same and will not show up when you drop your terminal footprint in. Try making a footprint for each type of terminal.
