Tabular Terminal Strip with block TERMLAY_HEADER and TERMLAY_ROW

Hy everyone

It's still possible to use the block   TERMLAY_HEADER.dwg     and    TERMLAY_ROW.dwg to create a  Tabular Terminal Strip drawing?

If Yes   How?
