Surf Dialog Box

I've been working in AutoCAD Electrical for a few months now, so I'm still learning things about it. This is a basic question, but my coworkers are having issues with their surfer dialog box. Theirs does not seem to be including all the information that mine does, and we're working off of the same project file and drawings. We all have the same categories appear in the dialog box. However, in the Sheet/Reference and Category columns, mine shows a lot more information. I have the drawing properties set up for every drawing file as far as the drawing number and sheet number values go. So I am seeing both values in the surfer dialog box. However, my coworkers are only seeing the sheet number. I can't recall if I did something to change that, because I was initially having the same problem, then it just started working properly. I've been trying to find a solution online, but haven't gotten anywhere. So I thought I would ask it myself. Here is what I am referring to. Where mine shows "1, , DRAWING3" in the Sheet/Reference, theirs will just show "1" for the sheet value. They also don't have the drawing name information in the Category column.

The "normal" thing her, would be that it listed just the {sheet},{reference} as the column say. If you type AEREBUILDDB on the command line, and do a full rebuild, will it still show all that information?

Thanks for the reply and suggestion! I had actually seen the rebuild database suggestion while trying to search for a solution before posting this. But I knew that didn't work because we all rebuild the database at least once a week to be sure everything is freshened since there are several of us working on the project. This is still all they see when they try and surf:

Which they can still "go to" the points of interest. I just didn't know why mine would show the drawing number as the {reference} and the sheet number, when all they're getting is just the sheet number.

It sure is strange that yours show the drawing number in that column...

And category should be HYD, PNEU,PID or 1- depending on the category of the symbol, as shown here:
