Show dialog box marked accidentally as Do Not Show

We have a user that marked a dialog box as Do Not Show on accident and I remember there was a location to delete these from a list so that it will show again but I cannot find those instructions or forum post.  Can anyone help with that file or command name please?

Enter 'options' at the command line
Go to 'System' tab
Use button 'hidden messages settings'

I thinks that's the one...
