Scoot stuck on custom blocks

I'm making some custom photo-eye blocks, and everything looks good except for scoot not working. When I try to scoot the block, a long narrow scoot box shows up all the way to the left of my wire, and I can't move it anywhere else (see photo).

I've also attached one of the blocks in question.  Most of my other custom blocks scoot fine, so I'm not sure what the issue here is.

You have your x#term## attributes backwards. x1term## goes on the right and x4term## goes on the left.

The numbering is CCW from 3:00.

3:00 - 1

12:00 - 2

9:00 - 4

6:00 - 8
