Schematics tab missing

I am not able to use schematics as the tab and all references for it are missing.  I have tried resetting to default to no avail.

which work space are you in? WSCURRENT

I checked my workspace and was in 2D Drafting & Annotation.  The ACADE 2D Drafting & Annotation was not available.  I did a reinstall and fixed it.

Hi there,

You could try to shut down and restart ACE

or

try typing FILETAB on the command line to see if you can turn it on.

I have the same trouble on AutoCAD 2022 (version : S.51.0.0) and 2023, I did not success to display the 'Schematic Tab', I tried the following steps for these two AutoCAD versions:

- I installed and unistalled the software on two different computers

- I followed the solution of this link with the Filetab command : https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-electrical-forum/schematic-tab-missing-in-autocad-electrical-... 

- I followed all the advices of this link :  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Tabs-or-...

- I did a factory reset

And, you are absolutely 100% sure that you have AutoCAD ELECTRICAL installed, and not just the normal AutoCAD? Your screenshots suggest so.

Yup. The keyword is "ACCESS" 🙂

It should be stated clearer that they are separate downloads.

same with my electrical autocad 2022. after I undock the ribbon and reset it, the schematic tab and other electrical tabs are missing. seems like it became a normal autocad.
