saving cad file from MEP 2018 to MEP 2016

How do I save a dwg file created in MEP 2018 to work in MEP 2016 without losing the 3D conduits?

You might want to try that question at the MEP forum. This forum is for ACAD Electrical. It doesn't deal with 3D conduits.
